What is the postage required to mail a Craft Coffin as a
postal container?
When enclosing one 8.5" x 11" scrolled invitation, each Craft Coffin
costs approximately $0.87 to mail via the United States Postal
Service. This will, of course,
vary by weight and destination.

What is the shipping time
for my order?
Packages are sent via
the United States Postal Service. Please allow the following amount of
time for processing and delivery of your order:
USPS Express Mail (2-3 days)
USPS Priority Mail (4-5 days)
USPS Parcel Post (9-12 days)

What is your return policy?
We hope you will be delighted with the quality of our Craft
Coffins. If there are problems, however, you may return Craft Coffins to
4HalloweenCoffins.com provided they are still wrapped in their original
packing material and have not been bent or damaged. All products must be
returned within 30 days of the date they were delivered to qualify.

How do I process returns?
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with the coffins you are
returning and mail them to:

We will credit your account for the cost of the product. We apologize, but
we cannot credit shipping and handling costs. Please keep the original invoice for your records. For your protection, we recommend you ship the coffins via UPS or insured
parcel post. Save all shipping information so that we may determine the
status of your returned coffins.

Do you charge sales tax?
Mississippi residence will be charged 7% sales tax. There is no tax for
any other state.

What does my order come with?
4HalloweenCoffins.com ships your order to you with instructions on how to fold the Craft Coffins as well
as stickers that you can use on the Coffins. The pictures on our website have been "staged"
for you to see what you can do with the coffins after you receive them. Check out our

decorating ideas.

How do I make my own invitations?
Would you like to know how to make your invitations look like the scrolls we have
on our website? You've come to the right place! Our customer's have so
many different invitation needs that there was no way we could accommodate them all. The
scrolled invitations you see on our site are just an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper rolled up
and tied with a ribbon! Of course you can get much more creative than that. One of
our clever customers used small rubber skeletons and wrapped the arms around the scroll to
secure it. Other folks have used wax seals, raffia, tape and many other things. The
only limit you have is your own imagination. Add a piece of tissue paper to the bottom
of the Craft Coffin and you're ready to send out the most creative invitations ever!
